208 15th St SE, Bondurant, IA $179,900

Front of 208 15th St SE Bondurant

Wow! I sold many of these homes new, and this is the best! No builder grade flooring here! Buyers have installed quality carpet and hardwood. All appliances stay. Mud room off garage, 3 beds 2 baths.

Excellent tastefull interior decor.

Yard has been reseeded due to city drainage work on street.

Have you seen Triple Expresso In Des Moines?

First a little about me. The only time I ever watch a movie twice is after enough time has elapsed that I have forgotten most if it. I am currently re-watching movies from the late 1980's!

That being said, it is even more amazing that I have just returned from watching Triple Expresso at the Temple of Performing Arts in Des Moines! I watched it early 2003 and thought it was very funny. I went back tonight (after only 4 years!!).

It is a stage show, set in a coffee shop, where three old friends take us on a comedy journey through their lives. If you get chance to go, you should. It has music, singing (?), comedy, sarcasm - pretty much everything you need to help you unwind from a busy week selling real estate!

Likes and dislikes about real estate brokerages

I am conducting some research about agents likes and dislikes about real estate brokerages. PLEASE do not talk specifically about YOUR brokerage and DO NOT name any brokerage.

I would like to know (in general terms), the good and bad things brokerages do for their agents. Is forced floor duty normal? Is it benificial to the agent? How about technology? should we have more or less technology? Is your system paperless? everything online for worldwide access via the internet?

What would be the perfect brokerage? what should they provide? What systems do they need? Does newspaper advertising work in your market? What client appreciation activities work and which do not?

Thanks in advance for your participation!

Want to know more about RE/MAX?

Did you know that every RE/MAX is different?

Each office is independently owned and operated. The fees, atmosphere, business integrity, level of technology, etc are different in each office. We at RE/MAX Real Estate Concepts pride ourselves in technology: We are almost paperless; have awesome internet presence; every agent has fax to email; all our documents are accessible from any computer in the world; we have the best support staff and services in the industry.

We constantly strive to improve things for our clients. Unlike most conventional companies, our company's clients are our agents - our agents clients are the buyers and sellers. With this different focus, we are able to make the environment in which our agents operate one of the best in the business. We are 100% focused on the perfection in which we strive.

For more information on getting into the real estate business, or just to find out if RE/MAX Real Estate Concepts is a good fit for your future, please call me.

It's snowing in Iowa! AGAIN!

Just got off the phone to my dad in England. He was out in a thin sweater today - sun is shining - 45 degrees. AND I am shoveling 7" of the white stuff! PLUS the extra 2 feet the city snow plough thought would be so funny to leave on my sidewalk!

I guess I can't complain too much about the city as I live on the same street as the City Administrator - our street gets ploughed before the main routes into town! At least today, the wind isn't blowing at minus 350 degrees! I can still feel my nose and my aging arthritic fingers are still holding together.

Calling ALL Builders!

The good years are over for a while. Conventional companies with conventional marketing tactics are struggling to keep up with the slowing market. Have you noticed that your real estate agent doesn't have answers for why your homes are not selling? Perhaps it's because they have never been in our industry during hard times? Perhaps they are "inside the box" with a conventional company?

We pride ourselves in our technology and marketing skills. We think outside the box. We know how to reach your potential clients. We are not owned by shareholders and therefore can spend where we need to spend.

Call Nigel today and let's talk about how we can help your business.
